"Jon has done an amazing job at my company, both with myself and several of my staff. His patient,
yet unyielding style has a unique way of uncovering both obvious and 'underground' problems.
I highly recommend that anyone try an hour with Jon on the phone and see for themselves.
Jon, THANKS for what a great job you've done with [General Manager]. I'm really astounded
with his progress. He deals with situations, informs me, takes responsibility, and is very
open to both giving and taking feedback. Whereas some of those qualities were latent in
him, I know that you have really brought them out. Thanks Jon. Great work. I appreciate it."
Mike Faith, President and CEO, Headsets.com, Inc.
"Jon, you're one of the best things I've ever done for my business. You're worth your
weight in gold. Aside from myself, you're the biggest part of our success."
Ahmad Mohazab, President and CEO, TECTA, Inc.
"I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jon Kramer... The result was solid leadership in a
critical time."
Marty Palecki, SPHR, HR Director, TEC Worldwide
"Jon, your innovative consulting and coaching have been a real asset to our company. I've
witnessed very beneficial changes in my top line managers. Thank you!"
Peter McNabb, President and CEO, PBC, Inc.
"Jon worked miracles with the senior management in the company to increase communication skills,
strengthen the team concept and enhance the sense of purpose among the staff. He was singularly
responsible for preparing management to do its job better."
Ken Dix, VP, General Counsel, Genetronics, Inc.
"Jon came up to speed very quickly on what we needed and produced results that exceeded our expectations.
We did not have to spell out the problems in order for Jon to understand them and put forth a number of solutions.
Thank you for solid consulting in a time of need!"
Eric Guthrie, CEO, Coach Interact, Inc.
"Thank you for a job very well done. I found your methodology to be refreshingly innovative and
consummately objective. Your constructive observations and suggestions are sound ...
[you have an] engaging style and willingness
to listen ... a 'cut' above the others ... an objective professional should come away enlightened and armed
with a few challenges that perhaps he/she wasn't aware existed ... thanks for your help."
Bill Berryman, Executive VP and CIO, Advanced Marketing Services, Inc.
"I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jon Kramer while I was Director of Human Resources for TEC
Worldwide. At the time two members of the senior executive team were both new to the
organization. Unfortunately, they were experiencing a serious communication gap, and Jon was able to
assist them in closing the gap and building a successful relationship. The result was solid leadership in
a critical time."
Marty Palecki, SPHR, Director of HR, TEC Worldwide
"Thanks Jon.. You helped get us to the next level of performance. It was very valuable time spent
together!!"
Bruce Williams, VP and SD Campus Director, University of Phoenix
From Catalog Age magazine: Since mailing its first catalog in fall 2001, San Francisco-based Headsets.com has seen sales soar from $3 million that year
to $11 million last year; the telecommunications equipment marketer is projecting sales of $18 million this year. Founder Mike Faith launched Headsets.com
six years ago on the belief that the price of headsets was too high and the quality often wasn't that good, he says.
The Doctor Is In: In a rather unorthodox management
approach, most of Headsets.com's sales and management staff engages in weekly phone consultations with a business psychologist. "It really irons out the problems
and keeps us on track," Faith says. The psychologist, Dr. Jon Kramer, "makes sure we have an organization that's doing the job and keeping on the main mission, rather than
typical political stuff that goes on in companies as they grow." In addition, the psychologist talks with the company's staff of 18 about various issues "to make sure we're all
focused in the same direction," Faith says.
